My wife was just complaining the other day that the Cookie Monster isn't featured nearly as much in the new Sesame Street episodes.

    I think I read somewhere that his role has been diminished because of his association with poor food choices. I wish I was kidding.

    Ah, my favorite Waits song.

    My old roommates and I used to say this was the "gorilla song", but I guess Cookie Monster was a better comparison.
