In British Columbia, we have the town named Hope. So if you are leaving the Lower Mainland for the interior B.C., you are "beyond Hope".
Unless there is a duplicate, this church was just down the road from where I grew up, in western AR. The small town of "Little Hope" a little outside Mena and Ink. I always thought it funny, especially growing up quite Arminian and not at all fond of Baptist theology. Hey, we found humor in odd things in rural AR.
There is a duplicate. There is a sign like this on Highway 64, just east of Canton, TX. I've passed it a thousand times.

John, if it is a duplicate, would one be safe in saying that Baptists are beginning to develop a pattern of little hope?
